This solid Ash cutting board features a coved edge profile on ends for easy gripping.  This board is a sturdy and beautiful example of what "reclaimed" lumber can offer!  White Ash in the US has been decimated by an invasive insect...the Emerald Ash Borer...creating a narrowing of availability of this beautiful wood.  We seek to reclaim and renew Ash whenever we are able.  It is a pleasure to work with and we believe you will love it too!
