We love White Ash Charcuterie Boards!  Ash features a prominant strong grain pattern in combination with a creamy white wood background giving it a distinct contrast.  It is strong (think Baseball bats!) and also machines and sands very well.  Unfortunately, American White Ash had been attacked by an invasive beetle...Emerald Ash Borer...decimating the Ash forests.  We seek out this species and are very happy to offer it to you whenever it is available.   Ash is a pleasure to work with and we believe you will love it too!
